Tammy was our listing agent for us when we tried to sell our house in Hamilton. We became frustrated with her when we moved away and she did not keep us informed on the staus of our home. Her communication was horrible. When then decided to get a new realtor through the same broker, but Tammy's sign remained in our yard. We had a friend of ours call Tammy to ask about the home and to see if she was still the listing agent because we were told that she was not. When our friend talked to her, Tammy informed her that buying our home was not a good situation, that we abandoned the home, (which is not true, we got relocated) and that we were horrible sellers. We have filed complaints with the board of realtors, the state of Ohio and Remax. Our home would have solf quicker if we had an agent that was professional.
