Unsatisfied Client buy a previous house with James A Schulker and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! Completely unethical practices, including what we believe to be flat out fraud and filing false documents(we are currently in contact with authorities about his activities). Never made required repairs, misrepresented the condition of the home, completely failed to abide by Ohio laws as stated in RC 5321.16 (B&C). Was not forthcoming with any of the "information" he had, and on and on and on. Overall just BAD, BAD, BAD! Do yourself a favor and avoid any dealings with this man James A "PJ" Schulker and the MANY different company names he uses (AA-Realtor.com, Hodges Realty, PJ Rentals, AA Realty, PJ-sells.com, etc...).
