George is great
I'm not sure what this Donna lady is talking about. George is currently my realtor and I think he's great. He's thorough, knows his stuff, and is extremely pleasant to work with. When I asked him about Donna's comment, he explained that he had no control over the state of repair of the property as it is bank owned. Not sure how you can blame him for your neighborhood's lack of appeal.

George Ioannides's/Remax name is on the FOR SALE sign at the house next to mine in Gahanna. The house is in disrepair, the lawn is overgrown, there is garbage and furniture in the front yard, and the untrimmed trees in the back yard have damaged my fence. I have called him three times. Twice he said, "I'll get on that right away." Once I left a message. My realtor has called and he has not returned her call. The neighborhood is going to the city of Gahanna because of his lack of action. This has been going on for over three months now.
