I was a first time homebuyer looking to relocate to the Dayton area for a job opportunity. I knew very little about homebuying heading into the process. A co-worker recommended Judy. Judy made herself available every moment that I needed her, and patiently answered every naive question I had. She helped me hone in on around 15 homes that generally met my criteria. She blocked off an entire weekend to accommodate me when I traveled to Dayton to find a house. With her help, I quickly found the right one (a short sale). More impressive, she handled our transaction while I was still living out of town; she ensured the inspection occurred, even helped the cleaning crews get into the house after we closed. In summary, Judy really went to bat for us and made us feel confident we made the right decision, and got a fair deal in the end.
