The Defournys sold my house in Clintonville in June 2011 in three months time! It had been on the market since September 2009 under contract with two previous realtors. I had become discouraged until a friend suggested that I contact the DeFournys. From our first meeting, John and Megan took an immediate and personal interest in my particular situation and assured me that they would sell my home. As a sole owner, and having never sold a home before, I was apprehensive and unknowledgeable. John and Megan addressed all my questions and concerns and guided me through the process much like a close friend or family member would do. I was out of state for most of the time they were marketing my home, which could have caused additional stress but not with John and Megan. They kept in very close contact, assisted me with details that needed attention and generally treated the sale of my home as if it were their own. I can't say enough great things about them. They are the most professional, caring, honest and competent realtors you would find anywhere. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Mr. Rodney Sparks preys on people with criminal records. Mr Spark's at first appears to be a nice helpful guy however that quickly changed when i moved in to his apartments at 895 Bernhard Rd i quickly found out the apartment has bed bugs and rodents.Mr sparks lied to me for months about the existance of these problems until it was confrimed by the health dept. Mr. Sparks in my opinion does not take proper care of this apartments and I would not recommend him to anyone. He doesnot have proper maintenance people.

This woman is non-responsive, uncooperative, disorganized and generally rude. Don't expect her to fulfill obligations or show up for closings. If you are buying or selling a house, you will want to find a much better Realtor than this!

Jane Jones is dishonest. This is unfortunate. Do not buy the "sweet old lady act". She is a terrible person who should not be trusted. I was very sorry to see and experience this first hand. I would recommend looking outside of her organization for representation in Upper Arlington.

We will ALWAYS recommend DeFourny Realtors, as they get the job done right. Our first Agent was always full of excuses and didn't stand behind all of their "marketing hype". DeFourny Realtors sold our house for the price we wanted in under 30 days. Getting the job done well - that's what matters.

Columbus Real Estate Pro is a very bad company to work with. They have ZERO customer services and if you market your house with them, all that you get are BILLS BILLS BILLS for things that they dont do or dont do well. They keep selling you one thing after another and dont do the basic things right - Keep the customer informed and satisfied. I will NEVER recommend them to anybody and BEWARE if you work with them.
