- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Before joining Exit Realty it was the lack of training, but they have quickly eliminated that! The only other thing that I would like changed is the lack of training and professionalism I have encountered with some agents. This is a business and all licensed agents need to treat it as such.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I started my business with another large broker but I was not at all happy with the real estate industry. I was on my own, with no coaching or support from the office and I wondered how one could possibly even begin to build a profitable business before going broke! Last year I received a postcard that simply said "Exit is coming". I immediately went online to find out what this EXIT was all about, and this turned out to be the best decision of my career. I have received all the training and support one can hope for and with the "Exit Formula" I am now certain that I will be able to grow my business very well and faster than I ever imagined possible.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I would have to say ethics, as I will never do anything that puts my interests in front of my clients'. This business is about taking care of people, and if you do that it will come back tenfold.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My family and taking care of them. In order to do anything in life you need a purpose and knowing that my hard work will take care of my loved ones future is all the motivation I need.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- My Marine Corps Senior Drill Instructor once said, "You are leaving here Marines, and that is a title you will carry for the rest of your life. No matter how tempting it may be, never take the easy way out and remember that when you make life better for others, you are making it better for yourself. Everything you do and say is a statement of who you really are as a person, so watch your actions!"
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Honeslty, I like Columbus and would not care to live anywhere else. Yes, there are many places I wish to visit, but Columbus is home.
