All talk and no action
I'll make this brief because it is better not to dwell on the negative. The motto of "Live and Learn" seems appropriate to summarize my experience. While Kim claims to live by the motto of "doing unto others as you would have them do unto you", and she speaks about being "ethical" and having "integrity", in the end they were just words. Actions always speak louder than words. I did not feel that my experience with Ms Kapustik was a very positive one or that my needs were a priority. I know that times are tough and she probably needs the sales, but it shouldn't be at the cost of her customers.
