Not my client

I am not the selling agent spoken of. Mr. Chodera was NOT MY CLIENT. I was the BUYERS agent. Mr Chodera was upset he had to make a few adjustments prior to closing. He was not pleased. Obviously I have done a wonderful job for my actual client THE BUYER! The seller is upset my buyer was taken care of. Yes I a am a agressive agent. FOR MY CLIENTS!






Watch out for this one!

I found her unprofessional, offensive, and lacking in people skills. She represented the buyer of our home and was very uncommunicative. Our realtor had to call multiple times for each successful contact. To meet and turn over the keys, she did not return calls and arrange ahead of time the transfer of the keys in a timely manner for the new owner.
