Kris came highly recommended by a close friend and he did not disappoint!! It’s easy to see when someone is passionate about their work that they go above and beyond to get things accomplished. Kris has many contacts in the industry and was instrumental in gathering all the key information for us to be able to research and make an educated decision. Kris’s assistant Keri was also a big help with setting up the closing and following up with the lender and title company. It was a long and drawn out process to get all the closing information together and she was key to following up and pushing to get everything together which is much appreciated. Kris made our first home buying experience easy and even enjoyable. He worked extremely hard...even helped fix some problems that the selling agent couldn't get resolved. He was patient with our wishes in a home and stayed focused on what we were looking for. I think I was most impressed with how he truly did go above and beyond in many situations. Ultimately, he negotiated a great deal for us and we know he helped lead us to the right first home. It was a great first experience.

The Sheets team were fantastic during the short sale of our house. They do not list tenacity but I would give Wendy 6 starts out of 5. This was a long process with lots of lender issues but Wendy never once let up and had a workable strategy at every step. If not for the Sheets teams help, I would have foreclosed on my property. Their expertise in selling, short selling and the "politics" of dealing with tardy negotiators, double talking lenders and other roadblocks in the current realty environment is nothing less than excellent.

I would highly recommend Kris Cooper to anyone buying or selling a home! I had been looking for a home to purchase for months and finally decided to ask an agent for help. I had a very specific price range in mind when I began searching for my first home and Kris took the challenge! We talked via e-mail, phone call, text message, etc almost on a daily basis. I decided to build a new home and Kris was there for me every step of the way. He was there to help me pick out the lot, he was there for the many walk-thrus, and of course at the closing. Kris is an amazing agent and really bends over backwards to make his clients happy! He will be the agent I contact to buy a new home when I outgrow this one in the future!

agent showed us two contracts and misrepresented how his commissions would be paid on leasing our home. In the long run this cost us about $1000. Agent called out agent out of state to get a referral, when in fact he had not referred us at all. Steve looks out for himself in all transactions, misrepresents himself and shows multiple contracts then has you sign the one that's best for him. He is a man of low character, in my opinion. this review is my opinion, he claims i misremember and have a trust issue. Look elsewhere, our new agent is much better.

I believe the previous reviewer is a gisgruntled heir that did not wish to have property removed that other relatives had rights to liquidate. Please do not wrongfully accuse a realtor when your family is at fault.

Thanks to Bonnie and her top notch team. She made the impossible seem effortless. She sold my home with a bank approved short sale. We closed 60 days after we listed with her and I didn't even miss a payment. She helped me find a rental home that kept my children in our school district. I will definately be calling her in a year or two when we are aready to buy again.
