JPL buy a previous house with James F Diegmueller and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Jim is a slumlord. Jim owns several problem properties around cincinnati. Most of the homes are section 8 which devalue the neighborhood. When neighbors ask Jim for help for problem houses, Jim recomends that you contact the Mayor. Jim says that he can not help, it is up to you to complain to the city mayor. What a putz!
