Ela was great! She worked hard to coach us through the process of selling our home in Blue Ash. She brought in stagers to make suggestions. She provided contacts for movers, carpet cleaners, window washers, etc. Outstanding. Ela developed brochures that really did a nice job of showing our home's features. She personally conducted 5-6 open houses. She wouldn't let others staff the open houses because SHE wanted to make sure that someone familiar with the house was there to show it. Net: hard worker, high integrity, well-connected, excellent coach. No question, we WOULD use her again!

Zola sold my family home and we used her services to buy another home. We are so satisfied with her that we are listing another home with her currently. She is remarkable--knowledgeable, friendly, diligent, intelligent, organized, effective... I cannot say enough positive things about her. I am shocked about the previous review. Zola had my home on the market for well over a year. We had a couple of offers but she was always unable to close the deal. One of the potential buyers contacted me and said that she was insulting and that's why they walked away. As soon as my contract was up, I chose another agent and my home sold in about 2 months time!

We were not pleased with the service that we recieved. In fact I had to arrange the viewing times of the house that eb=nded up buying. The contract on the house we were selling was not filled out correctly so we were forced to put a water softener back into the house for the purchaser. This was the job of the realter and it was not done correctly. We were then told that we would have to pay half of the cost to get the water softener install back in the house. We felt that it should have been the realtor whp shpuld have paid it since it was his error. We will not use Larry or Sibcy Cline again.

When we found out that Diane was the number 1 agent in the Sibcy Cline Company 12 years in a row, we wanted to make sure she would have time for us. We inquired about her to other people who had used her and was pleased to find out that everyone we talked to had glowing comments about her so we decided to use her as our agent. We couldn't imagine any agent being better than she was. She either always answered her phone day or night or called us back within 1 hour. She is truly dedicated and obviously loves what she does. She is a superb negotiator and always followed up on showings and buyers. We know we will use Diane in our next real estate transaction.

I've just read the comments written by someone on 9/12/07 & am appalled by them. I used Diane Tafuri as my agent to buy a home and found her to be the most professional, caring, & involved agent that I've ever dealt with and I've purchased numerous homes. She is the only agent I've encountered who is available day & night, & willing to consistently work for me in every way possible during a stressful & trying time. Her honesty, integrity, & determination along with supurb negotiating skills make her unsurp****ed as an agent. I've whole-heartedly recommended her to family & friends. She was referred to me by a previous buyer, & everyone I've referred her to have thanked me for it. It seems obvious that the person who wrote the negative comments was attempting to malign Diane. I can't imagine why anyone would have written those comments about her, unless they were jealous or mean-spirited. I know if anyone uses Diane as their agent, they will be overwhelmed by her professionalism.
