It was a long and drawn out process to get all the closing information together and she was key to following up and pushing to get everything together which is much appreciated. Kris made our first home buying experience easy and even enjoyable. He worked extremely hard...even helped fix some problems that the selling agent couldn't get resolved. He was patient with our wishes in a home and stayed focused on what we were looking for. I think I was most impressed with how he truly did go above and beyond in many situations. Excellent All Around
Our experience with Kris involved quite a journey for both selling our home and also finding a new one. His tireless availability (including late at night) and hard work ethic helped us gain an unexpected high price for our home. This availability and hard work also helped immensely with resolving some last minute issues to help us have a successful closing. We started out intending to purchase a resale home but after visiting many homes (and Kris' patience in that process) Kris led us to our current builder who is building a custom home on our lot.
