Patricia Hayden bought a home but would not recommend using Christopher
for your home
purchase.
Comments: "This agent also leases to own. He made many promises to my husband and I and has so far, broken them all. We are leasing one of his homes. We were supposed to be allowed to buy it this year, so we put money into the house, fixing the cellar door, the driveway, the bathroom and the leaky basement. We installed insulation and made other expensive repairs. In September, he moved in "vote for" signs of a political party I don't support, two dumpsters, a trailer, a bulldozer, a shopping cart, and last, but not at all the least, a dumptruck full of construction garbage on the lawn. His staff used my house, electricity, porch, picnic table, and driveway to work on the house next door when he bought it to rent. It has been 4 months since his staff has promised to clean it up. I still have a trailer, shopping cart, garbage, dead trees, broken gl****, torn up sod, a broken driveway and a smashed up car from stuff falling off the dumpsters as they moved them.
