I believe the previous reviewer is a gisgruntled heir that did not wish to have property removed that other relatives had rights to liquidate. Please do not wrongfully accuse a realtor when your family is at fault.

Thanks to Bonnie and her top notch team. She made the impossible seem effortless. She sold my home with a bank approved short sale. We closed 60 days after we listed with her and I didn't even miss a payment. She helped me find a rental home that kept my children in our school district. I will definately be calling her in a year or two when we are aready to buy again.

Bonnie was a full service agent. She helped my wife and I lease purchase our current home. The tenants she secured have been excellent to date. She then helped us find and secure the home of our dreams. It has been the best of both worlds, buying and selling, in this crazy market. without her guidance we would have never been able to be where we are today.

My husband and I had decided to move to the West Chester area to be closer to my family and had enlisted Heathers help to find a new home. A couple of weeks after our search began, my husband was deployed to Iraq. Although I was discouraged, with Heathers help, I decided to continue the search and found my perfect home! I also had a house to sell prior to moving and she sold my home in two weeks. I found out the morning of the closing that there were issues on the sellers side the day before and the whole sale could have fallen through. Heather did not even worry me with this and handled everything professionally only telling me what had happened when she had rectified the situation with the sellers realtor. We had signed a lease to occupy a rental house. The house was in shambles the day we were to move in. Bonnie ****ured us the house would be clean and ready to move into. Carpets were filthy, nails and holes in walls, and walls not repainted over. We paid her our $1095 dep. and $953.71 for Dec. rent and we have nothing to show for it. We are EXTREMELY not satisfied with the way we were treated by her and WILL NOT recommend her to anyone. She is a rude, unprofessional agent.

Larry did a fantastic job selling my home. He gave me reports weekly until he got it sold. I told him what I was looking for in a new home and he didn't waste my time looking at homes I would not consider. He found me an excellent loan officer, and the closing on my new home went very smoothly. Great job Larry!

This woman is not ethical. She used her Real Estate lockbox code to enter a property without permission to remove items that did not belong to her. I would not recommend her and would try to have her license revoked if I were a primary party to the transaction.
