I've used my real name. If a person has a critical review of something they should have the courage to say who they are. Twenty seven years ago I first made contact with Ed by telephoning him at his home. Being young and ignorant about real estate, Ed proceeded to answer any and all questions I had. Never indicating that he was the least bit irritated by my intrusion into his private time at home. Through the years I've felt comfortable at anytime to call Ed with any questions I might have. I've found him a person who is willing to help others without any expectation of personal gain. Ed doesn't know me personally but I've always thought of him as a decent human being.

Don't trust this guy. He tried to talk me into buying houses that I could not afford. My guess is that he wanted me to default on my mortgage so he could buy it up cheap and turn a quick profit. He is nothing but a crook.
