Great Agent
She was a great communicator - answered all of my phone calls and emails promptly. Helped sell my house in a record 2 weeks thanks to the tips she gave me before listing. I wanted to list my house at a higher price, but she insisted that the neighboring sales didn't support it. Didn't want to listen to her, but sure glad I did. She kept telling me that she can do all the marketing in the world but if your house isn't price right - it isn't going to sell. In this economy - I'm very thankful we found a buyer. Lisa did a great job for us - if there are grumpy people out there, it is probably because they didn't take her advise!

When we found the perfect home, she negotiated a great deal, and helped us with a rather tricky period before closing. She is smart, friendly and she always returns calls promptly - a true professional. We enjoyed working with her and hope to refer other co-workers and friends.

We were referred to Lisa by a co-worker who also used her to sell a house. Wow - she is a powerhouse. Came in and staged our home, put together a dynamite market plan - and we were sold within 3 weeks when other homes around us are still sitting on the market. She is great! I have never had such a bad experience in buying a home. Lisa was a total nut case. She is judgemental and demeaning to others. I would never recommend someone like this to my worst enemy.

One Of A Kind
I've sold 7 houses in my life and never have I run across an agent like Lisa. I moved out of town for work, and Lisa came in with 2 truck loads of her own staging items...my house never looked better than when she staged it. She brought in a painter too and I hate to say that she even cleaned it as well...and never charged me a dime (except for the painter). The house had an offer in only 2 months which is unbelievable in this down market. Lisa handled the very difficult negotiation and the rest of the transaction as a true professional. Can't say enough about her services.
