I have worked with Lisa on nine transactions as a seller and as a buyer. All were great! I am finishing a rehab now that I will list with her in the next few weeks!

She was a great communicator - answered all of my phone calls and emails promptly. Helped sell my house in a record 2 weeks thanks to the tips she gave me before listing. I wanted to list my house at a higher price, but she insisted that the neighboring sales didn't support it. Didn't want to listen to her, but sure glad I did. She kept telling me that she can do all the marketing in the world but if your house isn't price right - it isn't going to sell. In this economy - I'm very thankful we found a buyer. Lisa did a great job for us - if there are grumpy people out there, it is probably because they didn't take her advise!

I moved out of town for work, and Lisa came in with 2 truck loads of her own staging items...my house never looked better than when she staged it. She brought in a painter too and I hate to say that she even cleaned it as well...and never charged me a dime (except for the painter). Barb far exceeding my expectations as a realtor. I was a first time home buyer, but I knew what I was looking for, for the most part. She was patient and understanding. She stayed with me ever step of the way. She had my back, just like an agent should, when things got out of hand. It was chaos the last two weeks but I felt comfortable that things would work out.
