I have been in Real Estate since 1988, but on the commercial side - I switched to residential Real E

$237,000, but I gladly assist buyers and sellers at all price points from under $100,000 to multi-mi

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Yes, I represent many builders in our area for single family residences and condominiums. The past 5 years we have seen many new urban condominium developments at all price points.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
So many agents give you the standard answer that they love helping buyers and sellers - and yes, that is a very rewarding part of our industry. It is always nice to see a smile on a client's face knowing that you worked hard to see the corners of their mouth turn up in gratitude. But, coming from the corporate world, - I also love the flexibility and the rewards of your personal efforts. I'm sure I work many more hours than I did with a 9 to 5, but the hours just seem to zip by - and the harder and smarter I work, I actually get to see the fruits of my labors....it's a wonderful profession if you are dedicated, organized, driven and truly appreciate each and every customer.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The changing mortgage industry...you really have to be on your "P's & Q's" all the way through the sale process to guarantee you and your client will make it to the closing table.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I have the wonderful experience to work with a lot of relocating business professionals that come from a variety of cultural backgrounds. It is always a fun learning experience to absorb different aspects and apply key elements to their Real Estate search. My latest was learning Fung Shui to assist a Veitnamese couple in finding the perfect home facing east with good energy. What fun we had!!

My ability to adapt to my client's needs.

My family and friends inspire me daily.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Everything happens for a reason - learn from it and move on.
