agent showed us two contracts and misrepresented how his commissions would be paid on leasing our home. In the long run this cost us about $1000. Agent called out agent out of state to get a referral, when in fact he had not referred us at all. Steve looks out for himself in all transactions, misrepresents himself and shows multiple contracts then has you sign the one that's best for him. He is a man of low character, in my opinion. this review is my opinion, he claims i misremember and have a trust issue. Look elsewhere, our new agent is much better.

I am extremely disappointed with this real estate agent. When I met with this agent we agreed to a six month contract and in my haste to get my house on the market; I failed to closely review the contract dates. I was duped into a seven month contract and had to go back to Coldwell Banker to dispute. I am at the end of my contract and I am struggling to get an answer back on when I can get the key back from this agent. Please be careful of what you sign if you select this real estate agent.

rakesh ram is only out to earn a dollar and is the type of guy who would withhold the antidote from his dying mother unless the right price was paid by her. He is ruining many developments in order to line his wallet with money. He has neglected many of the facilities in our community and out right lied about amenities in order to get people to buy in the neighborhood. I encourage anyone that has any dealings with Rakesh Ram to get out of it before you are stuck in something you not only regret but also are financially worse off for.

A breath of fresh air I was referred to Beverly from USAA as part of their relocation services, and I still can't believe how lucky I was to find her. When I was transferred to the Cincinnati area, I had no idea where to live or even where to start looking. I contacted Jack to help my parents sell the family home. He was not only kind to my parents but honest and tactful. He has a great feel for what the market is doing and is realistic. He didn't encourage any false expectations but made my parents feel in control. He explained everything to them and helped them through the emotional and practical parts of selling a house.
