Kimberly Baum sell a previous house with Mary D Jaworski and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
She seems like a nice lady.... but she would not listen to me when I told her what I wanted in the Harmon Homes Guide. I had her for about 2 months and after putting several adds in.... she had the wrong price on week (by $100,000) and the rest of the weeks she failed to put the important things in... like NEW windows, NEW furnace, DEAD END STREET. These aspects were Key in selling this house and she just couldnt get it right. Every week I would grab the guide to see the changes and NO changes. I made a big mistake going with this 2000 Professional Realty company (Independently owned). After 2 realtors and literally getting screamed at by the owner....after I asked if he would let me out of the contract due the poor service. I realized that I should have gone with a honest company.... professional company that has steps to take in the case where there are unsatisfied customers. I could have marketed this house myself. I should not know more on how to sell a house than my realtor!
Kimberly Baum sell a previous house with Vello Veiram and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
All I can say is stay away from this entire company. There method of doing buisiness is so very poor. Poor marketing, poor communication, poor people skills and I really don't know how they sell any houses. Try to get a hold of your realtor after you sign the 4 month contract....it is no easy task. How do you think the buyers will get through? I drive by this office and get a chill. Vello is the owner and has the worst non professional manner for someone that YOU ARE PAYING FOR. At one time he actually started to scream at me in his office because I wanted out of my contract. I was very unsatisfied with the tactics my realtor was using. He refused me on 2 occ****ions. I am so glad this office did not sell my house. I wouldn't want to give them a dime of my money. Spend the extra for a quality company like Howard Hanna, Century 21 or Remax. They could never get away with treating their customers so badly. With Vello, it's his way or the highway.
Kim Baum sell a previous house with Daniel J Puttera and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
This was a horrible experience for me. He is a good salesman ...but he lies about the houses he sells. I recommend that you do not buy or sell a house from him as he will tell you whatever you want to hear. He is also very cheap and will not put any money out on marketing. You get what you pay for at a discount realty office. Once you sign the contract you will not see or hear from him. 2000 Professional Realty owner is not consumer friendly and despite my tears and begging... I was not let out of the 4 month contract Danny Puttera suckered me into signing. (By the way, he verbally told me to try him for a month and if he did not sell my house, I could walk away) That was a lie. Take my advice and steer clear. Pay the added money and get a reputable realty company and only a 30 day contract.
