Hi, I began looking for a realator and did a lot of research. I found Don Shurts with Remax. I verified references and finally made my decision to have him list my Springboro home. Don was always professional, answered every question I had, and worked hard as while the home was for sale in another stated. He handled everything. He had the home listed promptly and his pictures were great. After advertising on all the websites he is associated with, the house was under contract in two weeks. I was shocked. Imagine working with someone who hasn't had a job in six years (stay at home dad), just got divorced, dog just died, very angry and hurt then was turned down by a bank for the first property six hours before closing fortyfive days into the process. I was devastated. Cindi never faultered. She always remained positive and had me looking at different houses the next day. We switched banks and got it done. I now have my home. Thank you Cindi for putting up with me. Looking back now I must say its her honesty and communication that were top notch. She always answered the phone or called me back. Always!
