Able to help buyers in their search of their dream home, especially first time buyers. Helping sellers by educating them on the proper pricing of their homes and selling the home close to asking. Being self employed

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
FSBOs - getting in the door. After doing a successful listing presentation, only to find out other unqualified brokers are lowering the commission just to get the listing.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Receiving letters of recommendation from sellers and buyers. One customer in particular noted that his children were asking for me.

Honesty

Who or what inspires you the most?
Making people happy.

What is the best advice you ever received?
You can't let things get you down. When something negative happens you only have 15 minutes to get over it.
