I was looking for someone who could represent me as a buyer. I did with Mary Jane Zak. I have called Mary Jane after both of our purchases with her. I have found her advice to be very useful. Her suggestions were common sense, helped me to see past my emotions and saved us from making costly mistakes. I have recommended Mrs. Zak to my friends. They have been satisfied with her detailed research and honest common sense approach to help her customers make the decisions that are right for their circumstances.

Russ helped us buy our first home. He did a great job. We felt like he was constantly educating us on what was going on, including pointing out all of the potential problems with whatever house we were looking at. We never felt like he was pushing us to get a commission, but rather that he was trying to get us the best deal possible. My dad is a broker in another state, and I felt like Russ handled us just the way my father would have, had he been here to do so. I cannot recommend Russ highly enough.
