Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
This is an exciting time for the Lower Hudson Valley Region, especially in Yonkers. The Ridge Hill Development is in the midst of constructing a $650 million dollar mixed used property. Cross County Shopping Mall the first of its kind in the US is doing a huge renovation and addition of retail space.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Building Relationships.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The current mortgage market.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
One of the most satisfying moments in my career was finding this one home for this couple where they were planning to build a family.

What is your best characteristic?
Personable.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My clients and customers. Most times they come to me with an issue they may have regarding Real Estate. I know if I do not have an answer, I will find it for them.
