JoAnn Suarato told me that she only uses mortgage brokers who give her cash kickbacks. This is illegal by law. Be careful. Your application rate may be inflated if you use her.

Be careful when you use this broker. She will make sure that she ignores other brokers' buyers, and will only make deals directly with buyers not working with a broker so she'll make a higher commission. And, she discloses offers made by other buyers with brokers to buyers without brokers. She should have her license revoked.
