After trying to find a home and hearing (and experiencing) horror stories from people, I was weary about finding the right broker to help me. I stumbled upon Lee Goldstein for Coldwell Banker's ad in a local Homes & Land catalog and liked a home he had listed. I called the number on the brochure and I got his voicemail. He called back in 5 minutes after I left him a message and he gave me every detail I needed to know about the house I was interested in. I was eager to see it after hearing really good things about it (plus, its great to know this guy listed the house for sale) so he offered to take me out and see it. He was flexible with his hours as I have such a busy schedule with the kids and work, etc. He showed me the house and I liked it, but wanted to see what else was out there before committing to such a big investment. He took my email info and later on sent me other properties to check out. We communicated over the course of a few days and he took me to see a handful of the houses I picked out on a Saturday morning. I found my dream house and he helped me every step of the way until closing. I really was very pleased with his knowledge in the business, how friendly he was, and how great he helped me through everything! It really is good to know there's great help out there that's genuine. I would definitely recommend Lee to my friends & family looking to buy or sell their home. He's GREAT!!!!

He was the listing agent on the seller's side of the home I purchased. He did not participate in any of the negotiations, did not even call the seller throughout the 3 month process and DID NOT SHOW UP TO THE CLOSING. He then contacted my agent to ask him where his commission was. Very irresponsible. He was the listing agent at another home we looked at, he just left us in the house and left.

Wow, what can i say? he is the best there is. I recommend you go to him and tell everyone about him. Great guy.

This turned out to be one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. I was assured that there would be a washer/dryer in the unit and there was not, I had to purchase my own at an expense of $800. Additionally, furniture from the previous tennant remained in the attic the entire time I was at the unit and schduled maintenance was extremely slow. David comes off as a well rounded and highly respected individual. David helped us find a renter. His mom (the partner I believe) was supposed to do the background check on this person. All I could say, is that the renter came with a good background check (as per David and his mom). Now we are living a nightmare. There are contstant treats by this ‘insane’ person who is renting a place. Smoking was not allowed, we have 2 little kids living in the same house and we have to deal with something that is absolutely necessary is we had David do his part! David brought in into our house an individual who is on always drunk or drugged up. When we contacted David and asked for his help to get rid off this person, he was rude and hang up the phone as well as his mom!! These people are only out there to collect their share… I will be contacting channel 11 Help me Howard to get rid of this person and bring up the experience we had with David. Like I said, David has a huge real estate business and a lawyer but never offered any help, except for excuses to keep this man in our rental. Once the realestate has your money, they obviously in our case do not care about you. You are on your own. Please do own backgraound check, request credit reports, be a smart owner. Do not let this happen to you

I have been looking for a house for over a year and was getting tired of working with high pressure agents who were out for a commission and not my needs. I was referred to Danielle by a friend and she was Incredible. She found us the perfect home in less than a mont. She listened and cared about our needs and took the oppurtunity to know us. She did not waste our time I would recommend her to everyone

I had the pleasure of having Stacy for an agent and I cannot have enough good things to say about her. she listens with an attentive ear- she knows her business and is honest and such a pleasure to work with.
