Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
While not immune to the national real estate trends home sales and prices have remained pretty stable within Westchester County. Well maintained homes still fetch multiple offers.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Meeting people from all walks of live and matching them up with their dream home is one of my passions. I enjoy working with them to establish their needs, wants and wish list for their new home and to find it for them. I also enjoy working with home sellers, giving them tips on how to ready their property for sale, show it to my fellow agents and their potential buyers in the best possible light.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Underprepared home buyers or sellers and unrealistic pricing expectations from both sides.
