On 8/8/08 Jacqui retrieved the key from the lockbox and opened the door. As per my neighbor (who has no reason to lie), Jacqui suggested to her client that she enter my home without Jacqui. As the client was about to enter, Jacqui stopped the client and suggested they look at another property first. My neighbor felt I should be aware of the situation, left a note on my door asking to speak with me. I then called J Foshay Realty, left a message on 8/9/08. A few hours later I received a return call from Jacqui who denied the entire event, proceeded to raise her voice with me and ended up hanging up on me. The fact that Jacqui intended to let someone enter my home without supervision is unacceptable business practice. I understand that she is denying the accusation; however, my neighbor has no reason to say something that is not true. I feel that Jacqui Foshay should lose her real estate license due to misconduct.
