Mary Song was a total jerk. She never gave us back our security deposit, though our apartment was in equal shape as when she left it. When her washing machines broke down he response was telling us to feed it more quarters because she had recently changed the price. When she showed up to collect the quarters, she did so in front of me and refused to give me a refund. She took a full month to send someone to our house when a bird crawled into the heating vents and died. She made little to no effort to remove the bird, though the smell was unimaginably awful. Her manner is cold and harsh, way beyond what can be considered "business like." Do not rent from this woman.

Bob & Jeff sold my parents home within a month after in was on the market for over a year. They were very professional and helped in every way you could think. They advertised this home like no other agent had and that was very impressive. We had interviewed other agents and Bob & Jeff were the most energetic and best team to do the job. We were first time home buyers looking for a very specific set of criteria. Helen actually went out of her way to preview houses for us and saw a house before it was even on the market. She called to tell us that we MUST see this house that day before we left for a business trip. We bought that house!

She actually went door to door in the neighborhood I wanted to live in and asked everyone if they wanted to sell their home. 3 months later someone from the neighborhood contacted her. She listed and sold it within 24 hours! Incredible!
