As first time homebuyers my b/f and I knew NOTHING! Cathy was there every step of the way! She even talked us out of buying a house that wasn't good for us, and she knew it. And when we found the house that was good for us...she helped with EVERYTHING! Even coming out on her day off (she was just getting on her boat to relax) to write up the offer and everything, and when we got cold feet and almost backed out, she was right there, no matter what decision we made! We know have the house we wanted, and are loving it! I would recomend Cathy to anyone in the Rochester area who is looking for a professional, down to earth real estate agent who KNOWS her stuff!!!
