We had to go to court and won in our favor for our $1000.00 to be returned to us. Ryan told us he was out of the business I searched his name and found him on craigs list again still renting to the slum lord that he claimed he was not renting to any longer. 36 St paul street is a slum lord.

The Real Estate Brokers need to do background and credit checks on their salespeople and The Association of Realtors needs to do something about ENFORCING their supposed code of ethics for realtors. She sold real estate without a license and stole earnest money deposits and funds from investors. She has a long history of scamming people and page after page of judgements and liens on public record. The Greater Rochester Association of Realtors and the various brokers who employed her while she was licensed never did anything to stop her except maybe fire her. The supposed code of ethics for realtors in nothing but a joke. This crime was reported to the local authorities but nothing was ever done. Beware of investing in Rochester New York because there is no enforcement of laws for economic crimes and the scammers run rampant. She worked very hard to get our home sold and she listened to what we were looking for in a new home so it did not take us long to find the home that had exactly what were were looking for. I entered into a purchase contract for three real estate investment properties located in Rochester N.Y. in 2006. Mr. James was the sellers real estate agent. I cancelled these contracts when I discovered that my agent, Millie Salisbury, who represented herself as a broker to me under the business name of Salisbury Enterprises had forged my name on a counter offer. Ms. Salisbury did this because the counter offer stated that the seller would do no repairs or improvements for buyer's mortgage or for the C of O (certificate of occupancy). I would not have accepted that counter offer. Shortly after this incident I found that Ms. Salisbury was not even licensed to sell real estate.
