Rents to slum lord

for two years I lived in an apartment that ryan rented to me and my bf. when we gave notice to vacate our deopsit was not returned. We had to go to court and won in our favor for our $1000.00 to be returned to us. Ryan told us he was out of the business I searched his name and found him on craigs list again still renting to the slum lord that he claimed he was not renting to any longer. 36 St paul street is a slum lord.
