- Trying to help those people that have been scammed or due to unfortunate circumstances are losing their families home.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- In the year 2005 I sold a small home in Springfield Gardens. Leading up to the sale we had not had much of a response but I diligently marketed the property and did quite a few open houses. One Sunday I was doing an Open House and had not had many visitors but I waitd an extra hour just to see if maybe someone else may come in. Just as i was leaving after the hour a lady rushed up to me and asked if it was too late to see the home. Of course I said no but then she said she wanted to go home and get her mom to see it also. I told her I would wait for her and her mom. They came back a 1/2 hour later and they loved the home. They were actually going back to Florida the next day to prepare to move back to New York. They would not have been back for 3 weeks. They purchased the home all cash and we closed in 4 weeks. Since that open house always stay around for at least a 1/2 hour just in case that perfect buyer shows up late.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I have lots and lots of patience , am a good listener and pride myslef on professionalism on all levels. Many Realtors dont take the time to listen to their clients and spend to much time talking about themselves.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My mom who is 85 years old inspires me. She is the most patient, forgiving, supportive person I know and will ever know. She inspires me to be a better person and always treat people with repsect and dignity. Even your enemies.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Above all be truthful to your self and others.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Hawaii....I love the climate and the lovely island atmosphere as well as the sheer beauty of the land and its people.
