Avoid this realtor - absolutely aweful - Dissatisfied in Rochester
Dissatisfied in Rochester bought a home and would not recommend using Stephen for your home purchase.

"We had an aweful experience with Steve Babbitt. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He would NOT return our phone calls. We used Steve Babbitt to sell our house which sold itself in one day. When the buyer couldn't get his act together and things started dragging out for months after the house was supposed to have closed Steve Babbitt wouldn't return our phone calls, threatened us with lies to keep us from pulling the deal (confirmed by our lawyer) when we were finally able to get him to pick up his phone, and was completely disrespectful to us. It was abundantly clear he was not working in our best interest and was only interested in his commission check. Absolutely aweful, aweful experience. Avoid this guy at all costs!"
