Do not trust her, she is just trying to make a buck on you and will lie to make the deal happen. You will ask for something and she will not deliver on her promise. She is all about the money and does never give good advise

Tree friendly couples of mine been there too,also in Brooklyn. It was always very convinient and perfect organized,no complaints at all! Lived (we are a couple) there for one month. We too, paid the deposit before moving in, she cashed the check directly. The day we moved out, her employee took a inspection round through the apartment and assured that everything was fine. Later that day I got a huge bill together with some photos, that showed some damage and destroyed funiture. Of course this was a lie, so wrote back to her and complained. Fortunately I had taken some pics of the Arpartment by myself that showed that everything was unbroken when we left (the time and day of the pics proved that the photos had been taken 5 mintues before leaving the Ap). A friend of mine, a lawyer, wrote a nice sounding email to her, so I think she was scard and finally gave me back my deposit. Of course not all of it. But I were happy, that I at least got the most of it.

Dear next vitims: Do not trust in such person, she still had not pay a 2000$ deposit and she does noy reply any of my mails. Believe me, she is bad people.
