- I enjoy being a real estate agent because I love helping people find the home of their dreams.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The most challenging issue in today's market is convincing the sellers that it is a buyer's market. The prices have come down at least 20% of what they were in the height of the market. Most sellers are not yet realizing this and usually pass up good offers when first putting their home on the market and regret not taking their first offers.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Repeat Business is the greatest success. I feel the most successful when I sell a home and a few years later the buyers call me to sell their home again. It gives me great satisfaction to work with people over and over again as I have gained their confidence in my ability to sell.
- What is your best characteristic?
- My best characteriistic is my knowledge of my marketplace.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Being able to sell in this difficult market inspires me.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- The best advice that I have ever received in this business is to be honest with both buyers and sellers and business will come back twofold.
