In 2007 I got a costumer ready in 1031
Exchange Tax deferral.
I sold them 2 NEW Houses at the pick of the price in Middle Village.
This Sales set a new appraisal level
for new 2 family houses in this area.
They were one of kind luxury houses.
And in top of that I sold her old house
in Brooklyn at almost 1 million transacction ( co-broke).
So, I got three DEALS at ONCE, in an already BAD market . I made my year.
What is your best characteristic?
I am very helpful, entusiastic, and put
my ethics in top of my business.
When almost every-body were pushing
their buyers into SUBPRIME mortgage .
I was always explaining the pro-and cons of that transaction , even at expense of loosing a costumer.
I advised them before sign the BINDER.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My inspiration are my family. My kids.
Proffessionaly I admire many successful
people but my family future is what keep
me going ,even in this downturn r.e. market.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Be yourself. Learn and study your Industry . Try different approachs
and be professional to your clients.

U.S.A and the country where I came
