The agent has not answered this question.
How many years have you been in Real Estate?
Seven tireless years.
What is the average home price in your market?
The average home price varies from year to year. In 2006, was about $485K.
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Real Estate is like fashion & changes from season to season. In the past jacuzzi tubs were desirable; now soaking tubs are in.
Pocket doors are making a come-back too.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I don't call myself "a real estate agent." I consider myself a Property Marketing Expert. But really, you end up wearing many hats throughout each transaction.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Technology is a rapid-fire industry & it takes a lot of time, training and research to stay on the cutting edge.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Everyone's heard the expression "my long-lost cousin." I once worked with a customer who actually ended up being exactly that...
What is your best characteristic?
I am told that I am empathetic & understanding of people's feelings. Real Estate dealings can be very emotional for some people. I stay rational & objective for my clients.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I really look up to Dottie Herman, CEO, Prudential Douglas Elliman. She is totally hands-on with our company yet keeps a big picture vision too.
What is the best advice you ever received?
You're only as good as your next deal!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Kawaii, Hawaii. I'm drawn to both the ocean & mountains -- Kawaii is the best of both.
