Not the type of guy who wants to sit and have tea. He told me right up front that he was not a hand holder, but would get the job done. He always answered his phone and sold the house in a week. The 6% was not negotiable to him, but after a radon issue, I got him to kick in 500 bucks. He was fair and strictly business. He wouldnt drink any wine with me either which I found insulting, but he did get be a bottle at closing as a thank you gesture.
