Ian received his Real Estate License in 2004 & is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service of Long Island. Ian earned his bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Central Connecticut State University. Ian spent a large amount of his youth in Connecticut and after graduating, Brookfield High School. Ian was brought up in the real estate and design world. With both personal and outside experience Ian knows what it takes to buy & sell a home in any market. Whether it is helping you through the co-op pre-approval process or helping you find qualified buyers for your home, Ian will do whatever it takes to have a fast and enjoyable experience. Since obtaining his license he has help to sell Co-ops, condominiums & house in the northern corridor of Queens.
