Negative Review

I rent from Tim and we told tim that we needed a bigger apt because we had another kid and we were told we would be on the top of the list. well we found an apt that we loved and we signed a lease for it and we were promised it. well we were going on vacation the next week and we asked if we could pay the rest of the deposit after we get back and we were told it was fine. well during the week we were on vacation they had others looking at our apt. During the middle of the week we were told they gave the apt to someone else and we got upset because we were promised the apt. well they then tried to tell us our apt is filthy which it isnt and told us he was going to evict us because of how dirty our apt was and we cleaned it right before we left for vacation. The just a little while ago he threatened to evict us with tho kids because our check got returned to him because our bank messed up. We are never late with rent and he wouldnt work with us to fix the problem but caused more.
