Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Here is my bio: Michele Mayo, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Village Manor, approaches her work as she does her life – with passion and dedication. Michele provides professional representation for buyers and sellers of residential properties. She is a consistent multimillion-dollar producer, and attributes her success to her caring attitude, tenacious negotiating skills, tireless energy and genuine commitment to exceeding her clients’ expectations. Among Michele’s clients are first-time buyers, affluent individuals and families moving up to luxury homes, empty nesters and retirees downsizing to a more manageable lifestyle, and investors seeking property with income potential.
“Whether my clients are buying their dream homes or selling in order to move on to new beginnings, I am dedicated to making the process smooth and stress free,” says Michele. “Real estate transactions are major events, both emotionally and financially. I know how important it is for clients to have representation that they can rely on. I want my clients to relax and enjoy the process, knowing that their best interests are my top priority, and the details are being handled in a professional and timely manner. My goal is to have clients for life, who would happily refer me to family and friends, and the best way to do that is to provide caring, competent and personalized service.”
Michele is also an Accredited Staging Professional, helping her clients to prepare their properties to sell for more money and in less time. She holds the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) Designation, the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) Designation, the Certified Buyers Representative Designation and is a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) candidate.
Active in the community, Michele also enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to historic homes and landmarks throughout the world.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issue is overcoming the public's perception that all REALTORS are alike. As a Broker/Owner, I continuously seek to educate the consumer about how important it is to hire a Full-time professional. We each have different levels of experience, education, designations and this can dramatically affect a client's experience and selling price.
