2003

I would say $ 800,000
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
There is a tremendous amount of new homes being constructed all over Queens.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy helping buyers find their perfect home and helping my sellers get the Highest Price in the Shortest Time.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Trying to match a buyer with the home they're looking for. Whether it's a Private Home or a Co-Op. I take note of where they want to be, how much they can comfortably afford, what is their urgency to purchase, and when they want to move.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I will never forget one of my sellers. He was 83 years old, owned a Co-Op in Bayside, had no family here in New York and wanted to relocate to Florida. After my company and I were able to get him the highest price in the shortest time, he asked me to do 2 favors for him. The 1st was to help him sell his furnishings. One week later, I advertised & did a Tag Sale for him, and he was delighted that almost all of his things sold. The 2nd favor was to drive him to the airport for his flight to Florida. So, I put all his luggage in my car & off we went. When we got to Kennedy airport, it was a very emotional goodbye for both of us. He was the sweetest man. I still keep in touch with him, and hope to visit and see how he's doing the next time I go to Florida. I always keep in touch with my buyers and sellers long after the closings.
What is your best characteristic?
I have a keen sense of knowing who is a serious buyer and who is not.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My children and grandchildren.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Know your market.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would stay right where I am.
