Patience and Sympathy
When Stacy called the first time, I just wasn't ready to sell the house where I had raised four children over a period of 50 years. There was an occasional call from Stacy and our conversations were generally about everything but the house. She always demonstrated patience and sympathy with my plight. When I phoned Stacy with my decision to sell, she reacted promptly and gave all of her attention and expertise to the sale. Photos of the interior of my home were on Stacy's internet site within a short time. The house was on the market for just three months during which time, thanks to Stacy, I never felt inconvenienced or rushed. Our connection did not end at the closing. A few days after moving into my new home I received a beautiful plant from Stacy. And, along with personal messages, I look forward to her periodic email advice column.

At my first meeting with Stacy I knew she'd be the agent to sell my home, and that i didn't need to look any further. She is extremely professional, knows her stuff, and is(was) able to get the job done! My house sold the first weekend on the market.....AND at the "asking price!". Stacey was involved from beginning to end....she dealt with all questions from the potential buyer(s), and the closing was as smooth as can be! I'll always recommend her to anyone who may be looking to sell(or buy) a home.
