Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I once marketed a home which was so poorly neglected, it was barely habitable. I found a family looking to live in the area who specifically wanted a "handyman's special," so they could design and renovate the house their way. These new buyers did a beautiful job updating the home, and several neighbors called me to thank me. They wouldn't have to look at this distressed home on their block anymore! I sold a couple of their homes years later.
What is your best characteristic?
My clients often tell me I offer a warmth and sensitivity when selling homes, which makes the moving process easier for them to bear.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Accomplishing goals I set for myself.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Never give up.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Long Island. It offers the best of everything!
