Went to see an open house by this realtor on Dec 13; hours were 12:00 to 2:30. I left work 3hrs early, hit some traffic but I arrived at the house at 2:15. "Open House" was over and no realtor in sight. Man outside said agent just left. Called realty agency and was told agent was in house till 2:27. i told them this could not be since I arrived at 2:15. I asked if the agent could come back and show me the house today or any other time. was told this was one time show and I missed it. I asked why they shut early, was told no heat in house agent got cold. Told them this was unfair. They told me I should have come at 12 if really interested. asked why one show only, was told 90 yr old in house. HOW WITH NO HEAT? sounds like they got the house to someone they know. Are they looking out for the seller or themselves? Liars, rude on telephone, and all around unprofessional.
