So many reasons. There is nothing like the thrill of handing buyers their first set of house keys and saying welcome home.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Currently, it would be the market. We are still very steady, locally, and it is important to make our buyers and sellers both aware of current market conditions.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
My favorite is when I went to list a property and knew immediately that it was meant for one of my buyers (even though we had not looked at anything like it before). I showed it to them later that day and we wrote an offer. Sometimes, I know my buyers more than they know themselves.
What is your best characteristic?
My ability to make people laugh and smile during the entire buying/selling process.
Who or what inspires you the most?
That would definitely be my partner Ken. He has an unsurpassed amount of energy that just seems to rub off.
