We moved to Corning/Painted Post from the mid-west a couple of years ago. We didn't know anything about the community, housing, schools or where to begin to get the information we needed. Thanks to our employer, we were given Ken's name as the first person we should call. They were right! Not only did he help us find the right house, he really welcomed us into the community and introduced us to neighborhoods, friends and (most importantly) the golf courses. The funny thing was that one of the first houses he showed us turned out to be the one we bought. When he originally showed it to us he said that it was one of the best deals in town and an excellent opportunity for us. Turned out he was right! Anyway, a short time later we needed to sell the house and, again, Ken was right there. The house sold in about 30 days at a price that was fair to everyone. We have lived in several areas and never been happier with a Realtor than we were with Ken. Give him a call!
