A great Agent that we used twice.

We moved to Corning/Painted Post from the mid-west a couple of years ago. We didn't know anything about the community, housing, schools or where to begin to get the information we needed. Thanks to our employer, we were given Ken's name as the first person we should call. They were right! Not only did he help us find the right house, he really welcomed us into the community and introduced us to neighborhoods, friends and (most importantly) the golf courses. The funny thing was that one of the first houses he showed us turned out to be the one we bought. When he originally showed it to us he said that it was one of the best deals in town and an excellent opportunity for us. Turned out he was right! Anyway, a short time later we needed to sell the house and, again, Ken was right there. The house sold in about 30 days at a price that was fair to everyone. We have lived in several areas and never been happier with a Realtor than we were with Ken. Give him a call!

How many years have you been in Real Estate?: 10 years and more than 20 in the housing industry.
What is the average home price in your market?: About $120,000 throughout the Association of Realtors. The number is higher in Corning/Painted Post
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: Because every day is different and every transaction presents new challenges and opportunities. I like welcoming newcomers to our area and I enjoy helping people move up or move into their new home.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Making sure, that as an industry, we maintain the level of integrity and professionalism that the public expects of us.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I have numerous stories about helping first-time Buyers find their first, new home. Always exciting!
What is your best characteristic?: I have an excellent base of knowledge, for home construction to financing. I think I offer more, in terms of experience, than the average Realtor.
Who or what inspires you the most?: I have always been self-motivated. When you have a job that you truly enjoy it's easy to wake up ready to go.
What is the best advice you ever received?: The Golden Rule...always treat others the way you would like to be treated.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: On a golf course.
