Minority Buyer buy a previous house with Joseph M Ladeairous and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Do NOT assume this agent presented your offer! Make sure you get confirmation from the buyer that your offer was actually presented as he is legally & ethically bound to do. He does not return phone calls, so make sure your agent is on top of him if you have to deal with him. He had us waiting over two weeks for an answer to our offer, only to find out from the bank that our offer was not submitted and the house was already in contract. Not very professional.
